Understand the causes, transmissions and effects of Covid 19
Undersocial social responsibility
Understand the controls necessary to prevent the spread of Covid 19
Understand the important of personal protective equipment (PPE), hand hygiene and personal hygiene
Understand potential hazards and risks and the workplace procedures necessary to prevent the spread of Covid 19
Understand decontamination and waste management processes

COURSE STRUCTURE
Once enrolled and paid for, you will be given access to your course which comprises 6 online presentations which you may choose to print if you wish.
Also included is a workbook which should be printed and completed to consolidate your learning.
PRE-REQUISITES
There are no entry requiremens for this course, other than basic computer knowledge
This course can be undertaken by complete beginners
This course can be undertaken as part of a therapist's continuing professional development
NB This course is now a mandatory requirement of VTCT complementary therapy courses
ASSESSMENT
Please contact your centre when you have completed your course to arrange an online VTCT examination at a mutually convenient day and time.
The exam comprises multiple choice questions.
The pass mark is 70%
